1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from 6 months to 5 years old. Please check our size guide to find the perfect fit for your little one.

2. What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from 100% cotton, carefully chosen to provide softness, comfort, and breathability for your child.

3. Are the clothes safe to use for babies and toddlers?
Yes, our clothes are designed with little ones in mind, focusing on comfort, softness, and safe everyday wear.

4. How should I wash the clothes?
For the best care, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle with a maximum temperature of 30°C.
Please do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat or use a steam iron to keep your pieces looking their best.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns/exchanges according to our return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

6. What if the item doesn’t fit my child or I don’t like it?
We understand that choosing the perfect size online can be difficult. Returns are accepted if the item does not meet your expectations or does not fit your child. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is shipped.

Eligibility

You may request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery if you received:

• A damaged or defective item
  
• The wrong product or size
  
• An item missing from your order

• Due to the customer’s preference (such as a change of mind, size issue, or the item did not meet the expectations), in this case the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any related shipping costs.
  

The items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags included.
